• No transfer: 5jl55 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal in your account or any rights or benefits arising from it.
• One account per household: Where multiple members of the same household wish to hold 5jl55 accounts, each individual must register separately with their own verified identity and contact details.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5jl55 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5jl55 supports GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 as deposit and withdrawal channels, subject to availability and any transaction limits imposed by the respective payment providers.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7. Gameplay Rules

10. Account Suspension & Termination

5jl55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Account holder determined to be under 21 years of age.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, the associated balance will be held until the investigation concludes. Where suspension results from a confirmed breach by the User, 5jl55 reserves the right to forfeit funds in the account in proportion to the nature of the breach. Where suspension is the result of a 5jl55 error, the full account balance will be returned to the User.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5jl55 and its affiliated entities, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform, including game losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• Interruptions to platform access arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or third-party service outages.
